Shipping and delivery
Everything ships from Asia. The cart works out the exact cost once you pick a country, before you are asked for an address or anything else.
What it costs
By region and by the weight of the parcel:

How long it takes
Orders are packed within two working days. After that: about 5–10 days within Asia, 10–20 days to the US, Europe and Australia, and longer to everywhere else. These are the ranges the postal services quote; we do not control them and we will not pretend otherwise.
Customs and duty
Any import duty or tax charged by your own country is yours to pay, and it is charged by them, not by us. Most of these items are small and low value enough that nothing is charged, but that depends on your country's threshold, not on anything we do.
Tracking
Every parcel goes with tracking, and the number is emailed when it leaves. If tracking has not moved for two weeks, write to us and we will chase it or replace the order.
