Refund Policy
1. The short version 一句话
The downloads sold here are digital files you keep. Once one has been delivered, that sale is final. We cannot take a file back, so we do not refund one because you decided afterwards that you did not want it. The one subscription works differently and has its own section below — cancelling it stops the next charge rather than refunding the current one.
Every paid page lists what is in the product before it asks for money. Decide from that list, before you pay.
2. Check the free pages first 先看免费页面
Most of what the report is built from is free here. The Kua number, the house sector chart, the bedroom tool, the annual star chart and the year's positions each have their own page, and the report page shows you the summary and every warning before it asks for money. The handbook page lists all seven parts and what is in each.
If the free pages already answer your question, they are the whole answer — take them and go. Asking us first is faster than buying and then trying to undo it.
3. What we do refund
These are not changes of mind. They are cases where you did not get what you paid for, and they are refunded in full on request within 14 days of the charge:
- It never arrived. The payment cleared but the download or the report never unlocked, and we could not get you a working copy.
- The file is unusable. Corrupt, truncated or will not open.
- You were charged twice for the same thing.
- You bought the wrong item and have not opened or downloaded it.
- The contents are substantially different from what the product page described. Not "less useful than I hoped" — different.
4. What is not grounds for a refund
Read these before you pay. None of them is grounds for a refund.
- You downloaded it and changed your mind. The file is yours from that moment and we have no way to take it back.
- "I already knew this." The contents of every paid item are published in full on its page before checkout, so you can judge the depth beforehand.
- Another school disagrees with it. The report is Eight Mansions. The annual stars run as their own layer, never averaged into it. The natal chart of a building — Xuan Kong proper, San He and San Yuan — is not computed at all. Which school each page runs is stated on that page and set out on the method page.
- The ranking is our judgement. Tradition names a direction Sheng Chi or Jue Ming; it does not say how to weigh "headboard under a window" against "head pointing the wrong way". That ordering is ours, not tradition's, so the report gives you the individual findings rather than a score.
- It made no measurable difference. We never claimed it would. These describe placement under a traditional system; they do not predict outcomes for your health, income or relationships.
- Your compass bearing was wrong. A reading two degrees off can move the whole chart into the neighboring palace. The tools warn you when a bearing sits near an edge — if that warning appeared and was ignored, re-measure and the report regenerates free. That is a fix, not a refund.
5. Subscriptions 订阅
The element reading subscription is the only thing here that renews. Cancelling stops the next charge and nothing else: access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the unused part of a period you chose to leave early. Cancel from the receipt Waffo emails you at the time of purchase, or write to us and we will do it.
A renewal you did not intend, charged within the last 14 days on an account with no readings run in that period, is refunded in full. That is the one case where a period is given back rather than merely stopped.
6. Your statutory rights
Consumers in the EU and the UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once download or access begins and you have agreed to it — you are asked to confirm this at checkout, on the payment page. This policy sits on top of those rights and does not reduce them. Where your local consumer law gives you more than this page does, that law wins.
7. How to ask
Email chenshiwei509@gmail.com with your order id or the email you paid with, and say which of the cases in section 3 applies. We will get back to you promptly.
Payment is processed by Waffo.com Limited as Merchant of Record. Where a refund is due it is returned through that platform to the method you paid with; how long it takes depends on your issuer. Access ends when the refund goes through.
支付由 Waffo.com Limited 作为 Merchant of Record 处理。
8. Before you open a dispute
Email us first. If one of the cases in section 3 applies we will refund you without an argument, and that is faster than a chargeback for both of us. If none of them applies, a chargeback on a file you have already downloaded is not a dispute you should expect to win.
