Three items cost money, and they answer different questions — the full home report does the arithmetic for your rooms; the handbook teaches you to walk the house yourself; the element reading subscription reads any name for its element and its trigram.

Full home report

One payment for the whole home. Not a subscription — nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel, and no room is charged separately.
- The whole home, not one room. The bedroom, the office or study desk, the kitchen, the bathroom and the sectors you have not decided about yet are all in the same document, priced once.
- Every one of the eight sectors with this year’s positions applied to it, so you can see which of your good sectors is affected and which is clear.
- Which sector each room belongs in — bedroom, main door, study or desk, living room, kitchen, bathroom, storage — including the one rule where practice genuinely splits rather than a single answer we picked.
- The main bedroom and the desk you work at, each worked through position by position against your own chart — the bed by the direction the head points, the desk by the direction you face, which are opposite rules and are treated as such.

- A walk-through of your own home from the street to the bedroom, in seven parts. Every item is three lines: what it is, what it means, and what to do about it.
- Road forms and driveways, what your front door faces, the nine-square grid, every room, your Kua number, and the 2026 and 2027 annual star charts.
- Apartment and house covered separately — the floor above and the elevator shaft for one, the garage, basement and attic for the other.
- A 91-point checklist and twelve diagrams.
- Not the same thing as the report: the handbook teaches the method and you apply it. The report applies it to your floor plan for you. They are meant to sit together, and neither replaces the other.
Element reading subscription

5 readings a day are free and always will be. The subscription lifts the daily cap and nothing else. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Unlimited readings. Without a subscription the tool gives you 5 a day, which is enough to try it and enough for most people.
- The element of a name, worked out three ways in a fixed order: by meaning where the meaning is unambiguous, by zodiac animal where the name is one, and by the He Tu number pairs otherwise. Which route was used is printed with the answer.
- The trigram taken from the same number, so two names that share an element still read differently — GIGGLE and TURBO are both Fire and are not the same reading.
- The name held against the year: 2026 Bing Wu and 2027 Ding Wei, with the five-phase position of the name in each.
- A twelve-month table across the solar year, each month judged by its own branch element rather than the year.
- The same input always gives the same output. The method is written out on the method page and you can check the arithmetic by hand.
How the charge works
- Amount: US$29 for the full home report, US$19.99 for the handbook — charged once. The element reading subscription is US$1.99 a week or US$4.99 a month or US$11.99 a quarter or US$40 a year, and renews on that cycle until you cancel it.
- Tax: added at checkout where it applies to your country, and shown to you before you confirm.
- What renews and what does not. The full home report and The handbook are a single payment — no renewal, nothing to cancel. The element reading subscription does renew: it bills on the cycle you pick until you cancel, you can cancel at any time from the receipt Waffo emails you, and access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- On your statement it appears through Waffo.com Limited, which handles the payment as merchant of record.
- Refunds: the downloads are files you keep, so those are final once delivered, and cancelling a subscription stops the next charge rather than refunding the current period. An order that never arrived, a corrupt file or a duplicate charge is refunded in full within 14 days — see the refund policy.
- Delivery: immediate — the full home report unlocks in the browser you paid in, and you can print it or save it as a PDF; the handbook downloads as a PDF the moment the payment clears; the element reading subscription unlocks in the browser you paid in, for as long as the subscription is current.
What you are not paying for
The report does not contain a secret extra method. It is the same Eight Mansions calculation the free tools run, assembled into one document with the annual layer applied to your own sectors — which is the part the free pages cannot do, because each of them only shows one layer at a time.
So check the free pages first. If they already answer your question, that is the whole answer and you should keep your money. The report page also shows you a summary and every warning before it asks for anything.
