By using this site you agree to the terms below. The site provides feng shui calculation tools, free and without an account, and sells one paid item: a full home report.

1. What these tools are, and are not 工具的性质
Everything here computes traditional practice. Eight Mansions drives the bedroom generator, the Kua calculator and the compass bagua map; the bagua map tool is the three-door tradition. Both are named on every page that uses them and set out in full on the method page.

2. The free tools 免费工具
The tools are free and need no account. Everything you type — birth date, compass bearing, room dimensions — is processed entirely inside your browser and is never uploaded. See the Privacy Policy.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any free feature at any time without notice.

3. The paid report 付费报告
Buying the full home report grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use and keep that report, including any PDF you print or save from it. The report is generated for the inputs you supplied; changing the inputs later produces a different report, which is also covered.
购买全屋报告后，你获得个人、非独占的使用与保存授权，包括你自行打印或另存的 PDF。报告依你填写的输入生成；日后改动输入会得到不同的报告，同样在授权范围内。
- You may keep, print and use it for your own home or a home you are advising on.
- You may not resell it, publish it as your own, or supply it as a paid service to third parties.
- Access is tied to the browser you paid in, plus the link in your receipt.
- 可自行保存、打印，用于自己的住所或你正在为其提供建议的住所。
- 不得转售、冒名发布，或作为付费服务提供给第三方。
- 访问权绑定你付款时使用的浏览器，以及收据邮件里的链接。
There is no expiry and no activation. The license is a contractual term, not a technical restriction — the report runs in your browser and we choose to trust buyers.
不设有效期、不需要激活。授权是合同约定，不是技术限制——报告在你的浏览器里生成，我们选择信任购买者。
4. Term and termination 期限与终止
The free tools are available for as long as the site runs, and you can stop using them at any time. The license to the report in section 3 has no expiry: once bought it is yours to keep, including any PDF you saved, unless it is terminated under this section.

What counts as a breach 什么算违约
- reselling the report, republishing it as your own work, or supplying it as a paid service to third parties;
- using a single purchase to produce reports as a commercial service for other people's homes;
- circumventing or tampering with the payment or access mechanism, or sharing an access identifier so that others read a report they did not pay for;
- automated scraping, load generation or any use of the free tools that degrades the service for others.
- 转售报告、将其作为自己的成果重新发布，或作为付费服务提供给第三方；
- 用一次购买充当商业服务，为他人的住所批量出报告；
- 绕过或篡改支付与访问机制，或分享访问标识使他人阅读未付费的报告；
- 自动化抓取、压力访问，或任何影响他人正常使用免费工具的行为。
What happens then 后果
The license granted in section 3 is conditional on you keeping to it. If it is breached, that license terminates automatically and we may:

- revoke access to the report and stop honouring the access identifier for that order;
- suspend or terminate your use of the free tools, including by rate-limiting or blocking;
- decline further purchases and further support;
- where the breach caused loss, pursue the remedies available at law.

- 暂停或终止你对免费工具的使用，包括限速或封禁；
- 拒绝后续购买与后续支持；
- 若违约造成损失，依法追究相应责任。
In practice we will contact you first and give you a chance to put it right. The likeliest case is a misunderstanding about using one report across several homes, and that is settled by buying the additional reports — not by a dispute.
实际处理上我们会先联系你、给你改正的机会。最可能的情况是对「一份报告用于多处住所」的范围有误解，补买相应份数就解决了——不必走争议流程。
Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund of a purchase already made, and does not affect the refund policy for a purchase you are otherwise entitled to return.
因违约终止不构成对已完成购买的退款请求权，也不影响你依退款政策本可享有的退款权利。
Our side 我们这一侧
We may change, suspend or withdraw any free feature at any time without notice, and we may stop selling the report. If we withdraw the report from sale, reports already bought keep working — and if we ever shut the site down, we will say so on the site before doing it so you can save your PDF.
我们可能随时调整、暂停或下线任何免费功能，恕不另行通知，也可能停止销售报告。若我们下架报告，已购买的报告继续可用；若日后要关站，我们会先在站上公告，让你有时间保存 PDF。
5. Accuracy and its limits 准确性与其边界
The calculations are tested and the sources of every rule are stated on the method page. What we cannot guarantee is your input. The single biggest source of a wrong answer is a wrong compass bearing: the eight palaces are 45° wide, so a reading two degrees off can move your whole chart into the neighboring palace. Where a bearing sits near an edge the tools say so, and that warning matters more than anything else on the page.

Schools of feng shui disagree with each other, sometimes flatly. Where practice is genuinely split — the kitchen and stove being the clearest case — we report the split instead of picking a side. Where a ranking is our own judgement rather than tradition, we say so.

6. Payment 支付
Payment is processed by Waffo.com Limited as Merchant of Record. Your contract of sale for the report is with them; billing details and card data are collected on their checkout page and we never see or hold card data. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

7. Liability 责任限制
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the site or the report is limited to what you paid for the report, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including the cost of building work carried out or not carried out on the basis of anything here.
