1. Check the free pages first 先看免费页面
Most of what the report is built from is free here and you can check it before paying. The Kua number, the house sector chart, the bedroom tool and the year's positions each have their own page. The report page also shows you the summary and every warning before it asks for money.
报告的大部分内容在本站是免费的，付款前可以先看。本命卦、宅卦八宫、卧室工具、当年方位各有独立页面。报告页也会在要钱之前先把摘要和全部提示显示给你。
That is deliberate. If the free pages already answer your question, they are the whole answer — take them and go.
这样安排是有意的。如果免费页面已经回答了你的问题，那就是全部答案——拿走就行，不必付费。
2. Refund conditions 退款条件
Within 14 days of purchase, a full refund on request. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to prove anything.
购买后 14 天内，提出即全额退款。无需说明理由，也无需提供任何证明。
We would rather refund you than have you file a dispute with your card issuer. If you think it was not worth what you paid, say so and it is done.
我们宁愿直接退给你，也不希望你去银行发起争议。如果你认为不值这个价，说一声就退。
3. What is not a defect 不属于产品缺陷的情况
These are covered by the 14-day window like anything else. They are listed because they are the predictable disappointments, and because we would rather say them out loud than have you discover them after paying.
以下情形同样适用 14 天无理由退款。列出来是因为它们是可预见的失望点，我们宁愿事先讲明，也不想让你付费后才发现。
- Another school disagrees with it. The report is Eight Mansions. Flying Star, San He and San Yuan use different methods and reach different conclusions. Which school each tool runs is stated on every page and set out on the method page.
- The ranking is our judgement. Tradition names a direction Sheng Chi or Jue Ming; it does not say how to weigh "headboard under a window" against "head pointing the wrong way". We invented that ordering, we say so, and that is why the report shows you the individual findings rather than a score.
- It made no measurable difference. We never claimed it would. The report describes placement under a traditional system; it does not predict outcomes for your health, income or relationships.
- Your compass bearing was wrong. A reading two degrees off can move the whole chart into the neighboring palace. The tools warn you when a bearing sits near an edge — if that warning appeared and was ignored, re-measure and the report will regenerate for free.
- 其他流派不认同。报告用的是八宅。玄空飞星、三合、三元方法不同，结论也会不同。每个工具用哪一套都在页面上标明，口径页有完整说明。
- 排序是我们的判断。传统只说某方位是生气或绝命，没说「床头在窗下」和「头朝凶方」哪个更严重。那个排序是我们编的，我们也标明了，这正是报告只给逐条结论而不给分数的原因。
- 照做之后没有可测量的变化。我们从未做过这种承诺。报告描述的是传统体系下的方位与布置，不预测你的健康、收入或人际关系。
- 你的罗盘方位量错了。量偏两度整张盘就可能换到邻宫。方位贴近边界时工具会提示——若提示出现过而被忽略，重新量一次即可，报告免费重新生成。
4. How to request one 怎么申请

Payment is processed by Waffo.com Limited as Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned through that platform to whatever method you paid with; how long it takes depends on your issuer. Access to the report ends when the refund goes through — if you saved a PDF first, we are not going to ask for it back.
